10 Of The Most Expensive Things You’ll Find On Amazon

Here are 10 of the most expensive things you’ll find on Amazon. Many flock to Amazon for its large selection and competitive pricing, but not everything on the site is a bargain.

Here are 10 of the most expensive things you’ll find there.

Number 10. Neil Armstrong’s Hairdressing Comb And Scissors - $36,641. They didn’t actually belong to the astronaut, but were used to cut his hair. The grooming set was once owned by Armstrong’s barber, Marx Sizemore.

Number 9. 1907 Indian Ten-Dollar Coin. $624,000. Not only is the item old, it’s one of only 42 struck. Its authenticity has been certified, and the quality has been designated as being very high. Plus, it ships for free.

Number 8. Mickey Mantle Autographed Card Set. $90,909. This autographed grouping of 4 includes one that shows the legendary player swinging and presumably hitting as it’s captioned, ‘Going, Going, Gone.’

Number 7. Virgin Human Hair Extensions. $24,858. The last thing anybody needs after going through the time and expense of having their locks enhanced is a cheap looking ‘do. These tresses are promised to come from a single donor who refrained from chemical hair processes of any kind.

Number 6. Lladro Niagara Chandelier. $120,000. Handmade of fine porcelain, each sculptural piece undergoes intense scrutiny to ensure it meets the company’s exacting standards. The objects proving unworthy of the Lladro name are destroyed.

Number 5. Samsung 105-Inch Smart TV. $119,999.99. Impressive though the television is, it’s the reviews of it that really steal the show. One person wrote, “I was able to purchase this amazing television with an FHA loan (30 year fixed-rate w/ 4.25% APR) and only 3.5% down…And the box it came in is incredibly roomy too, which is a huge bonus, because I live in it now.”

Number 4. Freaks 1932 Movie Poster. $850,000. This incredibly rare piece of horror movie memorabilia is said to be the only known one of it’s kind. The 27 inch by 41 inch print comes shrink wrapped and will be shipped free of charge.

Number 3. Manuscript Annotated And Signed By William Barclay ‘Bat’ Masterson. $475,000. Prior to the 1913 publication of the book ‘Dodge City, The Cowboy Capital’, author Robert M. Write sent these pages to the former Dodge City deputy for review. Masterson made a few corrections and signed the draft with his full name, which he very seldom did.

Number 2. 1932 ‘Old Dark House’ Movie Poster. $750,000. Apparently, collecting rare horror movie promotional prints is a very expensive hobby. Only two of this particular poster for the Boris Karloff classic are known to still exist, and this one is said to be in far better condition than the other.

Number 1. 1937 O-Pee-Chee Baseball Set. $318,184.99. If the collection’s generous size isn’t enough to urge you to hit the ‘buy’ button, perhaps the discount being offered will. The current price reflects a reduction of 17,500 dollars and one cent.
