Egyptian bodybuilder Moustafa Ismail was recently given the 2013 Guinness World Record for his 31″ bicep. That's the size of the average human's waist, folks. He claims his biceps are natural and not from steroid use.

Gary Himing
In 2009, body builder Gary Himing was competing in the IFBB competition in Victoria, Austrailia when tragedy struck. He had a heart attack, collapsed onstage during his set and was pronounced dead at the hospital. The competiton continued despite this hiccup.
Sally McNeil
Sally and her husband Ray were body building fanatics. The female body builder experienced "roid rage" from all the testosterone and steroids she was taking and started beating people up. In 1996, she shot and killed Ray and is now serving a life sentence.
Markus Ruhl
Markus Ruhl has the biggest shoulders in bodybuilding history and is believed to be one of the strongest bodybuilders as well. He became quite a success in the body building world. However, he was disqualified from the 1999 Mr. Olympia competition for diuretics. He believed his muscles and veins would pop out even more if he were to dry out his body.
Andreas Munzer
One of the biggest tragedies in body building history. Munzer never took a break in training and always maintained a strick diet. He took diuretics and other drugs as well. In 1996, he went the hospital with stomach pains and it was discovered he was bleeding internally. Due to the drugs in his system, his organs shut down and he died.
Arlindo De Souza
Arlindo De Souza is a Brazilian body builder known as "The Mountain." He is famous for his 29" fake biceps that he got by injecting a cocktail of alcohol and oil.
Zyzz
Zyzz was a 22-year-old body builder famous for his physique on YouTube. His fans thought his gains were all natural, but he died in a sauna during a vacation in Thailand in 2011.
